With it, your Virtual Private Server will be added to our custom–built monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the crucial tasks. And in the event of any service problem, our sysadmins will be alerted instantly and they will fix the problem as fast as possible.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server definitely isn’t the easiest job on earth. You will either need to use some other server or your home computer, or, alternatively resort to a 3rd–party software. We offer a far easier option with our Optional Admin Services deal. We will create a full backup of your VPS every single week, so you never need to be afraid of permanently losing any essential information. Last but not least we can recover a backup really quickly. All our backups are stored on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything happens to your content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server provides you with a nearly infinite set of options, you will sometimes need to install additional software packages. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It is an integral part of our Optional Admin Services deal, which allows you to call for any of our skilled server admins to install and configure any kind of software program and to take care of any trouble that you’re having with your virtual server.

The Optional Admin Services package comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an add–on for the KVM VPS Servers.
